Pros: The 4Runner offers city-dwelling manners with the ability to handle off-road situations as well.
Cons: While it can handle off-road terrain, it’s not the best in the biz, and with only one engine choice (that’s heavy on the gas) it’s an expensive option.
2015 Toyota 4Runner Price and Fuel Economy: There are actually five different models to choose from. The pricing is as follows (base MSRP):

In terms of fuel economy, one engine means the same ratings across the board. In the city you’ll see 14.2L/100km and on the highway 11.1L/100km.
Powertrain: Speaking of the one engine, the 2015 Toyota 4Runner is equipped with a 4.0L V6 that produces 270 horsepower and 278 lb-ft of torque. The 4Runner also boasts a towing capacity of up to 5,000lb. Power is controlled via a 5-speed automatic transmission with Super ECT and a lock-up torque converter and transmission cooler. All Toyota 4Runners are also equipped with a 4WD either as part-time (SR5), a lever-type 4WD selector (Trail Edition) or full-time 4WD (Limited Package).
Improvements and Changes: The 2015 Toyota 4Runner saw no major changes or upgrades for this year.
Cargo capacity: Maximum cargo capacity is 254 litres behind the 3rd row (if equipped), 1,300 liters behind the second row and 2,500 liters with the second row folded down.
Safety: Dual front, front seat side impact, front knee and full-length side curtain air bags are standard. Child-proof rear door locks, LATCH system of anchoring child seats and child-proof rear door locks are standard. Tire pressure monitoring system is standard. STARS system of safety includes, four-wheel disc brakes with ABS, traction control, stability control, electronic brake force control, brake assist and smart stop technology.
